The two-color injection molding machine uses two sets of independent parallel AB screw barrel sets, two sets of injection systems are independently controlled, the activity template is a turntable structure, and the turntable is equipped with two sets of parallel AB molds. The turntable is driven by a servo motor that can turn 180 degrees repeatedly, which is fast and accurate in positioning. After the first injection of group A screw barrel set, the mold is opened, the turntable drives the mold and plastic parts to 180 degrees, and then the second injection of group B screw barrel set, the mold is opened and demoulded, and an injection product with two kinds of materials and colors is obtained. Since the two injection systems are synchronized, Group B is injected while group A is injected, so a finished product is produced after each mold opening (one cycle is completed). If the two-color injection molding machine has more colors and more materials, it can also increase the injection device to meet the requirements of injection molding more color plastic products and more material products.
The meshing accuracy of each gear and tooth ring, the matching accuracy and synchronization accuracy of adjusting nut and tie rod end thread will affect the flexibility, error and accuracy of mold adjustment. In the direct pressure type mold closing mechanism, the distance between the moving and fixing templates can be adjusted by moving the cylinder piston rod without the need for a special mold.
Ejector Ejector must have sufficient ejector force, ejector speed, ejector number and ejector accuracy, that is, the ejector cylinder works when ejector. In the horizontal machines used in our factory, the ejector cylinder is fixed to the moving form with a guide rod. As shown in Figure 12, it mainly consists of an ejector cylinder and an ejector rod, which are double-acting cylinder type.
The ejector cylinder of the injection molding machine is a double-acting cylinder located in the clamping cylinder and acts together with the co-acting rods of the two co-acting cylinders.
Through the analysis of the clamping module device, the vertical micro-injection molding machine obtains the precision of the clamping module: the clamping module is installed on the frame, and should ensure the height of the center of the injection part is consistent or vertical. After locking the mold frame, the moving mold frame and the fixed mold frame lock the mold frame, so the two mold frames should be highly parallel after adjustment. In order to ensure that the clamping force works on the center line, the clamping cylinder and the modulating device are required to be consistent with the center line of the clamping frame composed of the tail plate, the second plate and the head plate.
