The full name of injection molding machine is injection molding machine, which is the main equipment of injection molding. The injection molding machine converts thermoplastics from granular resins into molded products, which needs to go through the cycle process of melting, injection, pressure preservation and cooling. 1. Injection system.
Injection molding machine is a system used to control the injection molding process, which is composed of hopper, screw, barrel, nozzle, etc. The movement process includes material storage, calendering, exhaust, melting, injection, pressure preservation, etc.
1.1 Hopper.
Thermoplastic was first introduced into the injection system as particles, and the hopper of the injection molding machine was used to collect these particles, and the resin particles were collected through the feeding port under the action of gravity into the cylinder.
1.2 Decrease.
As shown in Figure 2-2, the injection machine barrel supports the plastic screw and is heated by a two-color mold injection molding electromechanical heating plate. 1.3 Spiral.
The spiral is used to roll, melt and transport the plastic. The spiral is divided into three parts: feeding section, conveying section and plasticizing section (as shown in Figure 2-3). The diameter of the screw is constantly changing, and the travel of the screw from the feed section to the plasticizing section is continuously reduced. The spiral compresses the plastic in the barrel, generates shear heat through shear stress, shear the hot melt plastic to form the melt, and a heating plate outside the barrel helps the plastic to remain molten. In general, automatic injection molding machines have three or more heating rings, with different temperature Settings for each part.
1.4 mouthfuls.
The water nozzle is the connecting part of the cylinder and the mold gate sleeve, and plays the role of connecting and sealing between the cylinder and the mold. The nozzle temperature is usually set to the melting temperature of the material or below, and can refer to the recommended temperature of the material supplier. At the beginning of injection molding, the barrel moves to the end of the stroke, and the diameter of the nozzle ball matches with the groove of the gate sleeve to ensure the sealing; When cleaning the material sheet, the material sheet recedes a distance so that the molten material can be injected into the air, which is the two injection positions of the nozzle.
