Driven by the mobile device, the automatic vertical injection molding machine is guided by the pull rod, and the template is moved to realize the movement of the opening and closing die. Therefore, there are high requirements for 4 tie rods and 3 template materials, structural size, parallelism between tie rods, and verticality of 3 templates.
1) The mold after the template, the moving mold plate and the fixed mold are important parts of the mold closing part, and the mold frame and the mold head constitute the mold closing frame through the tie rod (the vertical frame is the bottom plate and the moving mold frame). After mold locking, under the action of mold locking force, the double head vertical injection molding machine locks the mold and causes it to compress and deform, while the three molds will bend and deform, and the middle of the mold will produce deflection. The structure, size, material and elastic modulus of the die will directly affect the strength and rigidity of the die closing system, and finally affect the die locking force.
