The mold is one of the important parts of the injection molding machine. Its function is to realize the mold closing movement, make the mold close and produce the system elastic deformation, achieve the locking force and lock the mold. Requirements for mold components :① high-speed, stable, silent dynamic mold movement; (2) The clamping mechanism must meet the requirements of the rated locking force and can reliably lock the mold; (3) Clamping parts have enough mold space and mold stroke; (3) The mixed two-color injection molding machine has reliable clamping movement, protects the safety of the person and the mold, and sets double insurance; ③ The clamping parts have sufficient strength and stiffness.
The component is composed of a mold closing frame, a mold closing mechanism, a mold adjusting device, a protection device and an ejector device. 1. The clamping mechanism has hydraulic, mechanical, mechanical and hydraulic composite. The following is the introduction of our injection molding mechanism.
